Apply for Affordable (Discounted) Housing
To be eligible to apply for affordable (discounted) housing, your income (as reported on line 15000 of your most recent tax return) must be below the following thresholds:
– $48,000 for a bachelor suite
– $58,000 for a one bedroom
– $67,500 for a two bedroom

Silvera’s application process follows requirements established by the Government of Alberta to ensure fair access to affordable housing. Eligibility for housing is not first-come, first-served; priority is based on availability and a rating of each applicant.

Apply for Well-Priced (Market) Housing
There is no formal application required for Silvera’s well-priced (market) housing. Units are rented on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to specific vacancy and wait lists at any given time. If you are interested in well-priced (market) housing in our Westview Town Suites, Westview Residence West, Willow Park on the Bow or Varsity communities, please call these communities directly using the phone numbers on our contact page.
