Our direct service employees support daily operations: cooks and dining service attendants; housekeepers; receptionists; and evening and night attendants. Our direct service employees are available 24/7 at our communities with full services.

Administrative roles focus on the areas of finance; marketing and leasing; operations; human resources; communications; social work; and capital development.

Maintenance staff are responsible for servicing and repairing equipment, furnishings, fixtures and grounds to ensure Silvera communities remain in excellent condition.

Leadership roles are found in many areas of work at Silvera. For example: Property managers lead teams of employees in our supportive living communities. They are responsible for achieving Silvera’s strategic business priorities while managing the day-to-day operations of the communities.

Life, Learning and Leisure facilitators work in accordance with our six Dimensions of Wellness to coordinate recreation activities designed to nurture the physical, mental, spiritual, cultural, vocational, and social well-being of each resident.
