Max Feldman

Max Feldman had a 40-year career in the oil and gas industry, the last 25 years as an executive of TransCanada Corporation (now TC Energy). During that time he also served on several corporate boards and Industry associations. Max is an engineer with an MBA who completed the Institute of Corporate Directors Directors Education Program. 

“I am aware of the seniors demographic in the city and the growing need for affordable housing and socialization. I am inspired by Silvera’s role and goal of supporting seniors to live fully and age successfully and that is why I have volunteered for Silvera.” 

Since retiring, he committed to volunteering. He has served on the board of a performing arts organization and chaired the board of a social service agency. He now is on several committees at the Rotary Club at Stampede Park and, as a member of the United Way GAIN Team, provides free consulting service in the area of governance and strategic planning to not-for-profit organizations. He also provides advice to a family-owned property management business.
