The Season of Giving

During this season of giving and gratitude, we warmly invite you to support the seniors who call Silvera home by contributing to one of our resident funds. Your generosity can make a meaningful difference in their lives:

The Silvera Cares Funds ensures residents have what they need when their finances can’t quite stretch to cover unexpected expenses. The fund also supports initiatives that celebrate our residents and promote positive mental well-being – simple things like making sure every resident has a warm winter coat.

The Transitions Program helps residents with moving or cleaning when they are moving into or between Silvera communities. This program supports residents who don’t have a network of their own to help them.

The Medication Assistance Program helps residents who cannot afford their medication or other supplies, such as compression stockings, hearing aid batteries, or syringes for insulin.

2025 Calendar: If you’re looking to purchase Silvera’s resident-led 2025 calendar for $15, please contact Nadine Maillot at [email protected] or 403-470-1412.

Special Project for 2025: In collaboration with the YMCA, we will be introducing a Strength and Conditioning Program. This program is designed to improve mobility, balance, and overall physical fitness through tailored exercises. By focusing on building strength, endurance, and flexibility, these programs help seniors maintain independence.
